Specialized Programs
Do you offer support for trauma survivors?
Yes, we provide trauma-informed counseling and programs designed to help individuals heal and move forward after traumatic experiences.
What specialized programs do you offer for adults with serious mental illness (SMI)?
We offer Behavioral Home Health Plus (BHHP), a program available through CCBH in Clinton and Lycoming Counties. This program is designed for adults aged 18 and older who have serious mental illness (SMI) and co-occurring medical concerns. BHHP provides comprehensive, integrated care to address both mental and physical health needs.
What is your peer support program?
Peer Support is a program focused on recovery for individuals who have experienced mental health issues. A Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) acts in a role to inspire hope for change and recovery in individuals seeking services. A CPS shows the individuals that recovery is not only possible but probable. The CPS then acts in a support role to help the individual reach their goals, whether they be in a social domain, educational/intellectual domain, vocational/occupational domain, wellness domain, or health/emotional domain.
