What is the Children’s Review Team?
The Children’s Review Team is a supportive group of caring individuals who come together with you to make sure your family has what it needs to succeed. This team works within a System of Care model to:
- Connect you to resources
- Reduce or prevent time in residential placements
- Help your child and family grow stronger at home and in your community
- Available currently in Chester County
Who we work with
We support families with children and teens ages 5 through 21 who may be at risk of out-of-home placement. If you’re facing challenges at home, in school, or in the community, we can work with you to find solutions.
Our goal is to support the whole family with services that make a difference.
